Cypra DMCA is strictly for adults 18 and older. We don't collect data from minors and we don't allow minors to use the service. If we find out an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it immediately.
Cypra DMCA is intended solely for adults aged 18 and older. Our website and services are not directed at, and are not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to register for or use our services. You are required to affirm that you are 18 or older at registration, and accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately.
Content Authentication and Forensic Tracking
When you upload a file, we embed an invisible ownership signature into it using CypraTrace™. We also generate a unique fingerprint of the file and store it securely. Your files stay protected as long as your account is active, and you can delete any file from your dashboard whenever you want — that stops the monitoring, but you keep the certificate showing it was protected. By uploading content, you're giving us permission to use that tracking data to find unauthorized copies and file takedowns on your behalf. You're also confirming that you actually own the content you upload — we can't be held responsible if someone uploads content they don't own and we act on it. If a site disputes a takedown and submits a counter-notice, we'll pass it along to you, but it's your responsibility to take further legal action if needed.
Forensic Authentication: We utilize a patent-pending process to embed an invisible identifier into your digital media. Together with a cryptographic record of the original file and a timestamped ownership certificate, this provides verifiable proof of origin.
Forensic Ledgering: Upon upload, the system generates a unique cryptographic hash of the protected asset, which is stored in our secure ownership ledger.
Automated Monitoring Consent: You grant us the right to utilize these forensic identifiers to scan distributed networks, identify unauthorized distributions, and extract authentication data to verify your ownership.
Enforcement Authorization: Upon extraction and verification of your unique identifier from a suspected infringing file, you authorize us to execute enforcement actions, including search engine de-indexing and escalation to hosting providers and financial infrastructure where applicable.
Chain of Custody: Our dual-certificate architecture ensures that while your public identity may remain pseudonymous, a verified legal identity is maintained for formal enforcement proceedings.
Content Retention: Protected media files are retained for the duration of your account to support ongoing monitoring and enforcement. You may delete files at any time from your dashboard. Deletion ends monitoring for that asset; the associated ownership certificate is retained as a record of prior protection.
Data Retention: Forensic identifiers and ownership certificates are retained for the duration of your account and for a period following account termination as required to support active or pending enforcement proceedings.
User Representations: By uploading content to our platform, you represent and warrant that you are the sole and lawful copyright owner of all uploaded digital media assets, or are otherwise authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. You agree that any enforcement actions executed on your behalf are based on your good-faith belief that the identified content constitutes unauthorized use of your intellectual property. Cypra DMCA, LLC assumes no responsibility for enforcement actions initiated based on fraudulent or erroneous ownership claims.
Counter-Notice Procedure: In the event that a third party submits a counter-notice disputing an enforcement action executed on your behalf, Cypra DMCA, LLC will forward such counter-notice to you within a reasonable timeframe. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to pursue legal action to prevent reinstatement of the disputed content. Cypra DMCA, LLC shall not be liable for content reinstated following a valid counter-notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We work hard to find and remove stolen content, but we can't guarantee we'll catch every single instance — the internet is too large and too fast for any service to promise that. Our technology is highly effective but not infallible. We're also not responsible for what third-party platforms do after we file a notice — that's out of our hands. And like any online service, we may occasionally have maintenance windows or outages.
"As Is" Service: Our monitoring, authentication, and enforcement services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
No Guarantee of Detection: While we utilize forensic tracking, we do not guarantee that our system will identify every instance of unauthorized content distribution or that our enforcement actions will result in the permanent removal of infringing content.
Accuracy of Detection: Forensic matching and enforcement actions are based on probabilistic identification methods. We do not warrant that any specific match determination is free from error, and we are not liable for enforcement actions taken in good faith based on system-generated match results.
Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party platforms, hosting providers, advertising networks, or payment processors in response to our enforcement notices.
Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of our monitoring, scanning, or enforcement pipelines. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect system availability without liability to Cypra DMCA, LLC.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cypra DMCA, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services or the failure of the system to detect or remove specific infringing assets.
Indemnification
If you upload content you don't own and we take action on it, and that causes a legal problem, you're responsible — not us. This also applies if you violate our Terms of Service. Basically: be honest about what you own and we've got your back. If you're not, we can't cover you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cypra DMCA, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your violation of this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service, or any enforcement action initiated on your behalf based on inaccurate or fraudulent ownership claims.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by Pennsylvania law. If there's ever a legal dispute, it gets handled in Pennsylvania courts.
This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania for the resolution of any such disputes.
Severability
If any part of this policy is found to be unenforceable, the rest of it still stands. One bad clause doesn't take down the whole document.
If any provision of this Privacy Policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
