Built Because
Creators Deserved Better
Creators shouldn't have to spend their evenings hunting down stolen work, or lose income and privacy in the process.
We built Cypra DMCA to take that off your plate — because nothing out there was doing it properly.
Get Started
Here's What Nobody Warns You About
When you start creating content — whether it's on OnlyFans, Fansly, Patreon, or anywhere else — nobody sits you down and explains what happens when it gets stolen. And it will get stolen. It gets scraped, reposted, and spread across leak sites faster than most creators ever find out about it. By the time you stumble across your own work on some random site covered in ads, it's already been downloaded hundreds of times.
The platforms you create on won't chase it down for you. That's not what they do. And filing a DMCA takedown yourself? Most creators quickly discover it's a maze of legal templates, dead-end abuse emails, and sites that just ignore you and wait for you to give up. A lot of them do give up. Because on top of everything else they're managing, fighting piracy is a full-time job they never signed up for.
That's what brought Cypra DMCA into existence.
Why We Built This
Cypra DMCA came out of two decades in design, development, and cybersecurity — consulting on how systems get broken into, and how to keep them from being broken into. Somewhere in there came years of filing DMCA takedowns by hand, the slow way, one notice at a time.
But what turned it into a product wasn't technical. It was the conversations.
Before a line of code was written, we talked to creators. Not a handful — dozens, over months. We asked what actually happens when your work gets taken.
Some of what we heard was worse than expected. Content resurfacing for years after the first leak. Sites that ignored notice after notice. People who had stopped posting altogether because they couldn't face finding it again. And one thing came up over and over: they had stopped believing anything could be done about it.
Finding your private content on a public site isn't just a financial hit. It wears you down, and it leaves you feeling like you don't get a say in something that's happening to you.
So we looked at what already existed. Most of it started only after the content was already out — searching for copies, sending a notice, hoping the site cooperated. Nothing established that a file was yours before it left your hands.
That wasn't good enough, so we built something better.
Those conversations shaped every part of this. We mark your work as yours before it goes anywhere, we look for it everywhere it might turn up, and we keep pushing after the first notice instead of stopping there. Each of those exists because someone told us it was missing.
Where we operate
We're American-owned and operated out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania — your content, your data, and your support stay stateside, handled by people who understand U.S. copyright law, not routed to an overseas call center.
We're a registered DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office, listed as Cypra DMCA, LLC in the federal Designated Agent Directory — a credential you can verify, not just a claim.
How we handle your privacy
Privacy is built into how this works rather than bolted on afterwards. Your legal name is encrypted and held for your proof of ownership only. Every notice we file goes out under your stage name — your legal name doesn't appear on the site, the notice, or the public record. Even your bank statement stays discreet: charges show up as "CYPRA SERVICES," with no mention of DMCA, content protection, or what you do.
That same security background is why privacy is built into how this works rather than bolted on afterwards. Your legal name is encrypted and held for your proof of ownership only. Marked. Found. Enforced.
Most content protection starts after the leak — find a copy, send a notice, hope the site cooperates. We built Cypra DMCA to start earlier than that, and to keep going longer.
Marked
Every file you upload gets an invisible watermark before it goes anywhere, along with a timestamped ownership certificate. Ownership is established up front — not argued about after the fact.
Found
We search the web for your content around the clock, plus the leak sites creators get hit on most. When something surfaces, we match it against your original before anything goes out. We don't file on a hunch.
Enforced
We file the takedown for you — a full statutory notice, not a template you fill in — and file removal requests by hand with Google, Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, and Pinterest. If the site ignores us, we go to its hosting provider. On Max, we go further: to the ad networks and payment processors funding it.
And it's priced for real creators. Plans start at $49/month. A flat rate that gives independent creators serious protection without a percentage of your earnings or a long-term commitment. No contracts. Cancel anytime.
We'll Be Straight With You
No service can guarantee that every single copy of your content disappears forever. Content gets downloaded, screenshotted, re-uploaded, and shared through private channels on servers in countries that don't recognize DMCA law at all. That's the reality of the internet, and anyone who promises you otherwise is overselling.
What we focus on is the copies that actually cost you money. The ones getting traffic. The ones showing up in search results. The ones your potential subscribers are finding instead of your paid page. Those are the ones we go after, and we don't stop at the first notice.
Built for Every Creator
Doesn't matter if you're just starting out or running a full operation — if people are stealing your content, we stop it.
You put in the work to build your page. The last thing you need is someone screenshotting and reposting your content for free while your actual subscribers wonder why they're paying. Upload your files, we handle the rest — no tech stuff, no legal stuff, nothing on your end.
Start Protecting →The bigger your page gets, the more people try to steal from it. And every leak that stays up is a subscriber who decides not to renew. We watch for your content continuously and file takedowns as soon as a match is confirmed — so you can keep growing without leaks eating into what you've earned.
See Plans →When you're managing multiple creators, one leaked file can turn into ten problems fast. We cover multiple monitored usernames under one account — one dashboard, one place to track takedowns for all of them, so nothing gets missed and nobody's content is sitting out there unprotected.
View Max Plan →Staying anonymous is part of how you work — and we get that. Every takedown we file uses your stage name only. Your legal name is encrypted, held for your proof of ownership, and doesn't appear on the site, the notice, or the public record.
