Terms of Service
These are the rules for using Cypra DMCA. We've written them in plain English so you actually know what you're agreeing to — with the full legal text right below each section.
Effective Date: January 1, 2026Acceptance of Terms
By using Cypra DMCA, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. That's it.
By accessing or using the website and services provided by Cypra DMCA, LLC ("Cypra," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, your sole remedy is to cease use of the services immediately.
Use of Services
You can only use Cypra DMCA for legitimate, lawful purposes. Don't submit fake data, don't try to game the system, and don't use the platform to go after content you don't own. Abuse of any kind will get your account terminated.
You agree to use our content monitoring, forensic tracking, and takedown services only for lawful purposes. Unauthorized or improper use, including the submission of fraudulent data, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Account Responsibilities
You must be 18 or older to use this service, and you confirm that when you register. Keep your login credentials private — you're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If we find out your account belongs to a minor, we'll close it without notice.
To access our services, you must be at least 18 years of age. You are required to affirm your eligibility at registration and to provide accurate, complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated without notice.
Permissible Use and Limitations
You can only use Cypra DMCA to protect content you legally own or have the right to protect. You can't use the platform to target someone else's content, share your account with others, or do anything that disrupts the service for other users.
Our services may only be used to monitor and protect content that you legally own or have the explicit, documented right to protect. You agree not to:
- Use our services to infringe upon the rights of others.
- Share account access with unauthorized third parties.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts the technical functionality of our infrastructure.
DMCA Takedown Process and Fair Use
When you request a takedown, you're confirming you own the content or have the right to act on behalf of the owner. You're also responsible for making sure the content isn't being used in a way that qualifies as fair use before we file. Filing false takedown notices can expose you to serious legal liability — we take that seriously and reserve the right to reject any request we believe is inaccurate or made in bad faith.
If you utilize our DMCA takedown services, you warrant that you own the content or are an authorized agent. You acknowledge your legal obligation under 17 U.S.C. § 512 to consider whether the use of the content is a "Fair Use" before initiating a request. Submitting false or fraudulent notices may expose you to significant legal liability and statutory damages. We reserve the right to refuse any request we believe to be inaccurate or made in bad faith.
Enforcement Actions
Our team handles enforcement actions on your behalf — including DMCA notices, de-indexing requests, and escalations. You're responsible for making sure the ownership information you provide is accurate. We're a content protection service, not a law firm, so nothing we send you is legal advice.
You acknowledge that enforcement actions — including DMCA notices, de-indexing requests, and financial infrastructure complaints — are executed by our specialist team on your behalf. You retain full responsibility for the accuracy of the ownership data you provide.
Not Legal Advice: Cypra DMCA, LLC is a technical content protection service, not a law firm. Our enforcement work, reports, and communications do not constitute legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by your use of our services. For guidance on formal legal proceedings, we recommend consulting a licensed attorney.
Subscription and Billing
Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If we change our pricing, we'll give you at least 30 days notice before the change takes effect.
Services are provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You authorize Cypra DMCA, LLC to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice for any pricing modifications.
Confidentiality of Legal Identity
The legal name you provide at registration is kept strictly confidential and stored encrypted. We only use it when it's required for formal enforcement proceedings or legal compliance. We don't share it with anyone except as required by law or to carry out enforcement on your behalf.
Legal identity information provided at registration is stored in encrypted form and maintained in strict confidence. This data is used solely for formal enforcement proceedings and legal compliance and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or to execute enforcement actions on your behalf.
Suspension and Termination
We can suspend or close your account if you violate these terms or do something harmful to the platform or other users. When your account is closed, your access ends immediately. Your forensic tracking data and ownership certificates may be retained as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to our platform. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases. Forensic identifiers and ownership certificates may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
Everything on the Cypra DMCA platform — the design, the text, the technology behind it — belongs to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and patent law. Don't copy it, re-sell it, or use it without permission.
All platform content — including text, graphics, forensic tracking technology, and logos — is the property of Cypra DMCA, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide the service as-is and do our best to make it work reliably. But we can't legally guarantee specific outcomes — no service can. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't guarantee any specific enforcement result. What we do guarantee is that our team will work hard on your behalf every single day.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Cypra DMCA, LLC expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific enforcement outcome will be achieved.
Limitation of Liability
If something goes wrong and you have a claim against us, our total financial liability is capped at the fees you've paid us in the three months before the issue arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — meaning we're not responsible for lost income, lost subscribers, or other downstream effects beyond our control.
Cypra DMCA, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claims arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
If you upload content you don't own, violate these terms, or provide inaccurate ownership information that causes a legal problem, you're responsible for covering any resulting costs — not us. Be honest about what you own and we've got your back. If you're not, we can't cover you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cypra DMCA, LLC and its staff from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or any enforcement action initiated based on fraudulent or inaccurate ownership claims provided by you.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
If you have a problem with us, reach out to support@cypradmca.com first and give us 30 days to resolve it. If we can't work it out, disputes go to binding arbitration in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania — not court. Either side can still go to court to protect intellectual property rights if needed.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact support@cypradmca.com for informal resolution. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law. Any permitted court proceedings happen in Pennsylvania courts.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Exclusive venue for any permitted court proceedings shall be the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

If you believe someone is using your copyrighted content through our platform without your permission, you can file a formal DMCA notice with our Designated Agent. We also have a policy of terminating accounts that repeatedly infringe on others' copyrights.
